MedIntel — Effective Date: 27 March 2026
This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the end user) and Craveads LLC / Scandinavia Technologies ("Licensor", "we", "us"), the developer and publisher of MedIntel ("App").
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its content.
You may not:
Free Tier: MedIntel is available for free with limited features, including up to 6 medical news briefs per day and 3 AI assistant queries per day.
MedIntel Plus: An optional subscription unlocks additional features including unlimited AI queries, up to 16 news briefs per day, Research Mode, PDF export, and Voice Digest. Available plans:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of price changes before they take effect.
The App, including all content, features, design, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Craveads LLC / Scandinavia Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (such as KB Admin entries or research queries). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may modify or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 5 (Medical Disclaimer), 6 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Licensor's total liability to you for any claim arising from this EULA or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Craveads LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements.
