Delete Your MedIntel Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the MedIntel app at any time.

⚠️ Before you proceed

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, the following data will be removed from our servers and cannot be recovered:

⚠️ Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through Google Play or the App Store before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.

📱 How to delete your account (in-app)

    Open MedIntel Launch the app on your Android or iOS device.

    Go to the Profile tab Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

    Scroll to the bottom Scroll past the Account section until you see the Delete Account button in red.

    Tap "Delete Account" A confirmation sheet will appear describing what will be permanently removed.

    Confirm deletion Tap "Yes, Delete My Account" to confirm. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately and you will be signed out.

✉️ Can't access the app?

If you are unable to delete your account from within the app (e.g. you've lost access to your device or your account is locked), you can request manual deletion by emailing us.

Include your registered email address in the message. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.

🔒 Data retention after deletion

Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed from our active databases immediately. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle. After 30 days, no personally identifiable information linked to your account will remain on any MedIntel system.
